Located on the fertile lands of the Büyük Menderes Plain, this geography — home to ancient civilizations for centuries — offers a unique balance that supports longevity through its climate, soil, and agricultural richness. Here, people are nourished not only by nature’s abundance, but also by a mindful way of life rooted in harmony and awareness.
The name MustaBey Farm comes from Mustafa Saraçoğlu, who grew up breathing the air of these lands. His childhood was shaped by olives and figs — the story of a true Aegean man devoted to nature, life, and perseverance.
The olive groves we care for today are the result of his dedication and labor. As the new generation, we are deeply aware of the value of this heritage. Our purpose is to carry the efforts of the past into the future while creating added value at every step.
